Before launching Harris Hawkins & Co., Tiffany gained hands-on expertise with the Howard County Housing Authority, where she oversaw compliance, fair housing, and maintenance operations—developing a strong foundation in both the technical and human sides of housing. What began as managing her own investments quickly grew into a thriving career, fueled by referrals and a passion for guiding others through one of life’s most meaningful milestones: buying or selling a home. Today, Tiffany combines her market knowledge, sharp negotiation skills, and genuine care for clients to deliver a seamless real estate experience. She also gives back to the industry and community by serving on the Maryland Realtors Housing Affordability & Equal Opportunity Committee, the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors housing committees, and the Women’s Council of Realtors.
